Morning Countryfile was from my patch last night. LG, I think you need to wait for another month for WTS and LD, I think that every time you've done RTS before you've ended up with bad knees. Please be sensible. ((())) |

I said to OH I thought it was around Christchurch, AR! You're right AR but now I know how IT soreness affects that knee I *hope* I can keep it under control. If it starts to flare up I'll stop the RtS. Morning everyone. Dog walk, coffee with a choir friend then a PT session for me today. I really should do some garden tidying but it's drizzling which is not gardening weather. |

Morning all, 4 miles before work this morning. I was very tired from a day spent moving my daughter a short distance across London. This was inconvenienced slightly by a number of road closures due to The Big Half, something I hadn't heard of before.

Morning all. I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday afternoon. I don’t think it’s too serious but it’s sore and making me very grumpy this morning

Morning all Have blitzed the house this morning and pulled everything out, cleaned behind etc and am sure we found half a dog in hair 🫣 Waiting a call to say we can go collect the units for the van - cutting it very fine now to get it done before our trip |

Afternoon - relaxing-ish time here. Late breakfast & yoga, have food-shopped, made lunch & am hoping the rain might stop later for a dog-walk. Don't feel too bad after yesterday all things considered!
