Evening gonks. Well done LD. Hope you feel better soon Mrs Moo.

A nice double today - over 5K this morning and a bit longer tonight. Both keeping in zone 2 heart rate, legs pretty good after a fairly tough track session last night. I think next thing to do is join a gym and get a couple of strength & conditions in per week, plus maybe some punchbag cross-training as I enjoy that.

Also very wild out there this morning down here too

My body battery seems to have recharged overnight for the first time in days and my resting heart rate has come back down too. Hopefully on the mend now as did feel a tad better last night.

@The Pin Lady have you done the serpentine before? What distance are you doing?
