Perhaps you could come and help me with mine now Longer walk today so I'll walk into town and get the bus home. So much easier when you have a dog which then knocks a couple of miles or more a day off the total to be done.

Last night's 3 mile trail run felt OK at the time (we took our time!) but I was quite stiff getting out of bed this morning. Not sure what's happening today other than by the end of the day we should be back in Glos. The holiday is over for now.

Sister was down a couple of times for a few weeks at a time. Loft and garage still have to be done but the menfolk from the other side of the family are taking care of that.

Currently hiding away in my studio as there's an event on in the main reception to celebrate 10 years of the studios being open. Garmin told me I was stressed. 🤣🤣🙄 I just can't be arsed talking to people I see all the time. Am meant to be going to the pub after this finishes at 8 but would rather go home. 😎🤣 First time I've had social anxiety for a while. At least there's cake. PS excellent cake LG and well deserved 👏
