Daisy, I suppose you've tried Buscopan? Didn't do the parkrun this weekend, so ran 3 and a bit miles this morning, while it was sunny (clouded over later). I was overtaken by a walker. Admittedly, she was considerably younger than me, athletic-looking, wearing trainers and short shorts, but it was still rather mortifying. We exchanged a few friendly words before she went on ahead.
