I learned a lot and I think I'm a better driver now. Hope pooch is OK Swoo. Serendippily is there any way any of us can help with group admin while you're so busy? Adding races etc? A lovely 5 miler done this morning. 12 degrees, overcast, hardly any breeze. Racing conditions! But I ran really easy pace. Sports massage tonight, first for years, just to have a service/MOT of the legs.

Nice R/W with niece this morning then I had my chiro session at lunchtime. Hope it does the trick, although I had started to improve a bit anyway. Always good to have some maintenance from time to time. I'll book myself in for a follow up massage in a few weeks, once I'm running a bit more and after my holiday.
Sombrero 7 May 4:17pm, 7 May 2024 14,103 posts	0 Sombrero A total of over 3 hours to the appalling child maintenance service this afternoon means I have done nothing that I needed to do. Was hung up on twice for no reason, once after nearly 2 hours of trying to get put through to the right person. I've never known such a mess of an organisation. Hopefully got everything sorted but missed out on an afternoon at our Postcard Show which had it's first day.
