Great running peeps, good life admin etc too.

Bike ride done - was very cold but dry and good to catch up with M.

Now need to clean house and make fish pie for our guests tonight

Did Horton park parkrun. Many downs and ups. Walked the ups and zoomed down the downs.

As usual when I do a parkrun with usually around 50 people many more turned up today and there were 103. So my hopes of beating my best ever position of 40 were thwarted and I was 58th (which still was OK 😊)

Ran Aberdeen parkrun this morning. It was blooming cold 🥶, but I am happy with my time as I didn't want to get out of bed. 😂
Dragged poor DoricQuine with me and she got her fastest walking time ever, even though she said her eyeballs were freezing! :-O

Well done on all the fast times folks.

Just made it in time for the start of parkrun so no time to take my jacket off. Mike caught up with me cause he was even later than me so ran together at a nice steady pace. Never looked at my lap times cause I wasn’t bothered but happy with my splits and the fact I ran it all for a change.

I'd been on ABs during the week so wasn't sure if I'd even walk it tbh! I was absolutely frozen when I finished so just wanted to get home to warm up and it wasn't till later I realised my time :)

I got a bunch of cleaning done and ran. Off for a swim (hot tub) soon then to print some stuff and visit a friend. All in my own sweet time.

Well done parkrunners. Mostly ran parkrun this morning. A few walking stops as breathing all over the place and nose wouldn’t stop running. Neck/shoulder pain none the worse for running. Course wasn’t too bad for puddles. Car park very slippy though. #ihatewinter
