As usual when I do a parkrun with usually around 50 people many more turned up today and there were 103. So my hopes of beating my best ever position of 40 were thwarted and I was 58th (which still was OK 😊)

It was blooming cold 🥶, but I am happy with my time as I didn't want to get out of bed. 😂 Dragged poor DoricQuine with me and she got her fastest walking time ever, even though she said her eyeballs were freezing!

Mike caught up with me cause he was even later than me so ran together at a nice steady pace. Never looked at my lap times cause I wasn’t bothered but happy with my splits and the fact I ran it all for a change.

A few walking stops as breathing all over the place and nose wouldn’t stop running. Neck/shoulder pain none the worse for running. Course wasn’t too bad for puddles. Car park very slippy though. #ihatewinter
