My plan was to help at all 3 Beginners sessions which would give 8 miles, run a lap between the sessions (10) and then try to add another 8 before meeting C from golf. Instead I am under a blanket nursing a heavy cold which has moved to my sinuses overnight. Last possible opportunity will be tomorrow. I’d then have to do 20 at some point next weekend. I’m doing a few odd runs here and there during the week but nothing to write home about. I suspect I might have to give London a miss - and I’m very relaxed about making that decision.

Weather is marginally better than forecast earlier on in the week but still expecting a fair bit of sandblasting!!! Trying unsuccessfully to persuade DQ to stay in bed as she's having a pretty 💩 time of things just now but she's adamant she's coming to support! 🙄
