Hope you had fun Paula - that’s the main thing. After juniors went for coffee with Shondo who said she had a run/walk to do to test her calf so a mile with her then I carried on for a 5k before a couple of gym classes. |

I did have fun 😁. I ran practically all of it which was a big and very welcome surprise. My legs are going to be in pieces tomorrow and I’m really tired now, but I’m feeling very content.

Well done Paula. Hope you have your feet up now. Glad you finally got going LG 😂 10 miles was the plan today. Was a struggle so me & friend decided to cut it short and did 7.50. Think work and blood donation left me wiped. |

Hi all 20 and a bit miles done course had a detour through a farm as road was flooded club did a grand job to get the race on and well done to the land owners who agreed yesterday. Tired but I feel training is on track the course is not flat. Fetch gave it a Hill score of 31 whatever that means. Great running PaulaMc & KimCanRun |

Well done all runners and racers. I stayed in bed this morning instead of running, have collected the teen, we made Lego pen holders, I've eaten. Sal has gone out for her 90 minute run. I'm running at 4.30, just a short one. A rare CBA with running day so will be happy to get anything logged today.
