There were guys on bikes out and about on the course asking us stragglers if we were ok. I suspect if you look like you're really struggling that's when they haul you off. Can't blame them for that, in that heat it would be easy to go down with heatstroke. Anyway, morning all! At the aeropuerto waiting for our flight. Thank heavens, my stomach seems to have settled!

I was so tired I failed to do anything other than 5k with the dog yesterday.
