SarahWoo , it worked for me when I was marathon training ( the perks of working in a GP surgery ). Never been bothered again.

Started off with parkrun at Frimley, ds1 got a massive PB so was very happy :) Think I might have got a PW but chatted to a friend all the way round so couldn't care less

A lovely parkrun at Braunstone, pity TR wasn't there to say hello to. Forecast wasn't good but it was sunny, cold and quite nice conditions. Started and finished on grass, with the rest being undulating paths. My mile splits got slower as I went round but hit my target of a sub 26 with 25.15.

Sombrero it is one of my all time favourite places and doing parkrun there is lovely too. Bit of a drive but worth it
