LazyDaisy Oct 2023 1:41pm, 2 Oct 2023 38,890 posts	0 LazyDaisy Afternoon everyone. Feeling a bit unwell - some sort of UTI I think Today was a rest day anyway on the plan but I'd intended to spend the day gardening. I've planted 70 bulbs but have retreated to the sofa now. Frustrating!

I've had a slight niggle for a few weeks at the top of my left leg where it joins the rest of me. (I can't describe it differently) It would be okay after a little warm up run. I had a massage on Thursday and it seemed to have improved on Saturday to start with. I went for a little run/walk today and it got progressively worse so I'll take some time out and hope it goes away, sooner rather than later.

One in January in York (you have up to 6 hours to as many laps of an athletics track as you want. With the added excitement of it starting at 12 and they’re not putting the floodlights on so you have to round in the dark if you’re still going then). And also the Inverness half marathon in March as Mr Dragon’s son lives up there and it’s his birthday (non-Dragon son) the day before
