Morning all. Lazy morning here. Skipped church on request from D1 who is home for the weekend midway through her shoulder rehab. She’s in good spirits :-)

Morning (just) - an active one with a run/walk, Wattbike and some cleaning. Let us know what that Body Pump was like Paula - I use a Les Mills app so can do it virtually but haven’t done a live class in years. I hope Som and others are feeling better today.

Alfie had a shiny new PB at parkrun this morning. I don't get his emails so I don't know by how much. He has done more than I realised so should take him more.

Went into the winter Gardens afterwards and had a wander round.

Nice photo LG and well done Alfie.

Run was good. Did 45 mins with Sal (she's following a plan) and then carried on to make the distance up to 10km. Heading back up north soon. Teen has just woken up. Parents are pretty good, although it is hard seeing dad deteriorating with alzheimer's

The class was ok, CK2. The instructor focussed a lot on technique which is a good thing to see but I found her quite low key and really missed my old instructor who was high energy which I find motivating. There are other instructors on other days/times so I’ll try to get to one of their classes to see how they go. Regardless, I know I’m going to feel it in my arms and shoulders over the next few days!

Nice 10.5 miles this morning with a few run chums.

Think I’ll have a lazy rest of day. Would like to paint fence or cut grass but not a good idea with my sore side.
