Morning and good RRRR Overnight exciting news from an all Tokyo track meet. Thread nephew smashed his 100m record to run 11.13 and qualify for the Japan national championships for his age group. (Qualifying time was 11.20.) He'd already qualified for the 200m last week. Proud auntie.

Morning all. Am a tad delicate this morning after spending the night dancing and celebrating sons wedding. Feet are killing me - all 5 grandsons had me dancing around all night.

Morning everyone and luck to CAZ! Not sure about today for me. Will walk the dog but don't know if running or cycling might be a possibility. The skies are grey - I don't fancy getting wet!

Enjoy the race Caz.

Rubbish sleep for me. IBS awful, up and down in the night but managed to eventually get to sleep and have running kit on. Sal is volunteering at Junior parkrun so we'll run when she gets back. Plan was 10K, will be happy to do a few miles and see how I feel.

I’ve ventured into the local leisure centre to check out the classes. BodyPump this morning. The hall is like a church hall, not quite what I was expecting. Let’s see what the instructor is like - that’s more important.
