I also haven't ran. My 1-1 cancelled which worked out well as I had loads of admin and tidying to do. :-)

Morning all

Back in UK, all unpacked and 2nd load of washing on.

Doctors call for later today re knee (which is still sore and feels like it could pop again any moment). Foot is also really sore - not sure if I soles are making worse 😵‍💫

Might have to rejoin the gym again and get back swimming

Brings trolly in, throws drugs around.

Bloody cat spent half the night going out, coming back wet, shouting about how wet she was, jumping on our bed, shouting more, then repeating the whole process an hour or two later.

I'm off for a run soon, Sal is dropping me off en route to work.

We’re up in Yorkshire because we’re going to the Great Yorkshire Show tomorrow :)
Came away from the visit to the cardiologist with tablets to take if it happens again and assurances that I can carry on doing all the things I normally do. I will blog.
