A bit of grumbling is good ck2, i found leaving it two days between each run was worth it, but once the initial damage has healed, a bit of exercise loosens you up. You’ll know if you overdo it

No public holiday for me but took a rest from running and got my decking painted again so that's it completed for this year.

Other piece of decking, the summer house and the fence all need done over the next couple of weeks.
