Wow well done Mandy!

I've done my 9k for RtS. To begin with I felt quite good but by about the halfway mark my chest felt really tight :-( To add to that my left knee has joined my right in this weird feeling of elastic snapping thread by thread.

My afternoon will be spent doing some ironing then flopping on the sofa. Thank goodness it's the 10th tomorrow and only 1km required!

Morning! Beautiful blue skies here and I only have to run 1km today :-) Very definitely full of cold though. Slept better last night so feel a bit more human than yesterday!

Shocking pictures and videos on FB of the flash floods near and in Sidmouth yesterday. Poor folk with inches of mud in their homes and gardens wrecked.

Off to see podiatrist today for a update etc and then may try a run later. Had a dream I was back running longer distances last night and I looked so happy about it....
