Morning!
Back at work today. Swim booked for lunchtime so that hopefully will get my swimming target started.

Just developed a nasty rash on my wrist where my Garmin has been (Strap rather than the watch bit. Suspect it's a sweat rash so have washed/dried strap and put the watch on other wrist. Will see how it goes. Otherwise might be researching non-silicone watch straps for Garmins soon!

I was up before 7am to be sure I was fully functioning for the tree surgeon who was coming round to look at the work we need doing. I've delegated the dog walk to OH as I didn't sleep well but now I feel I should make the effort and go for a short run. Still feel half asleep though!

Then it's a dip in the Lido at lunchtime :-)

Still buried under mount washmore but it’s no longer head height. I think we took all the heavy layers we had

Morning all. HB to Mandy little soldier 🎁
I was pleased to see blue skies forecast for much of the day, then realised that’s for at home. Grey skies and a chance of rain in Wiltshire.
We don’t have much planned today except for dog walks for Charlie and Stanley and a run for me at some point.

I hope so too, Serendippily. They both seem quite settled after a good night's sleep and a morning roomie. Stanley seems to adore Charlie and follows him everywhere. Charlie is a bit more aloof, preferring to have a nap than play with a young pup :)
