LG it took OH at least a year to stop waking up ridiculously early when he retired! Just this morning I thought 'Why is he getting up (and therefore waking me up) so bloomin' early?' 🤣
Lovely morning here so although it's a rest day on the plan I'll go out with the East Devon Friday gang (and won't feel bad if I walk a lot!)

2 miles done; nasty cold wind blowing from the north(ish).

Marshalling the Elan Valley 10 mile race tomorrow. Will dress very warm.

Brrr yes Columba! It was very chilly at first on our run this morning up on the common with the wind coming down from the North. Decent enough run though, once we were in the shelter of the woods and valleys.

Going to give parkrun a miss tomorrow and go straight for an open air swim. Also brrr ;-)

Another run-walk ticked off this morning, it was rather wet but I like that because it means I get the seafront to myself. As a country bumpkin I still haven't quite adjusted to living in a busy city!

Morning all

Cold and frosty here this morning. Have knocked park run on the head for a while as I can't discipline myself to run walk when there. Enjoy parkrun those who are partaking

Suppose to be out on the bike this morning after the dog walk, but will see what the roads are like if not will hit the gym.
