I'm off to club tonight, a busy day with one or two unnecessary stresses thrown in by people not keeping to deadlines for me but seem to have resolved it all (one person having to go back in to their office to make sure I hit my deadline of today which they forgot about). And breathe......

oOh and last night at track I did my fastest (virtual) mile effort of the year. 7.08. Maybe I'll knock a little bit more off in December...

Club run was good again, one particularly long hill but a nice group - this was with my 2nd claim club who are local.

Off to Wales tomorrow, Penrhyn parkrun on Saturday morning :-)
