Busy in here today. Great photos and gear training/racing too. Well done everyone!! Glad kitty was safe all along. Som - I was looking at your photo on my phone and was zoomed in so that the R hand third was cut off - I was very confused as neither of the two men looked like you. Quite relieved to discover you were over on the right looking just like you! |

Well done to today’s racers Som,TR, JenHB & the pin lady + anyone else I may have missed. Good to know the missing puddy cat 🐈⬛ was at home comfortably sleeping 💤 Had a nice 10 miles today after volunteering at junior parkrun and also watched local ladies team this afternoon weather turned wet and I was freezing by the time the game finished Off to check Garmin training plans……………. |

Well done to all runners & racers today. Some great photos. 5 miles for me this morning. On Auntie duties so ran whilst niece at gymnastics. Hilly and was hot as overdressed for the surprisingly mild conditions. |

TeeBee I have a rather unique running style. I like to call it the "I feel like chicken tonight running technique, with hunched shoulders and right foot going out at a jaunty angle." Bit of a long name. Well done everyone, lots of good running. |

And glad to hear small cats are safely found. My two were in the living room with us, then they had a minor scrap. Usual behaviour.

Have survived the weekend with sister & BiL. Actually had a nice time (somewhat to my surprise) but have done little apart from eat & drink too much, aside from a short walk with the dogs. Congrats all runners. Released to hear Eddacat is safe & well. Our cat has a habit of doing the same thing despite being neither small nor timid |

Good morning all. Hoping that I can get life more under control so I can contribute a bit more here.
