That’s a very good way of putting it CK2. On top of any personal crap anyone has to deal with I think we live in shaken and sad times which doesn’t help (me, at least)

As far as corners of the internet are concerned Fetch is indeed a predominantly safe space, but with (*checks bottom of page*) 110880 registered users there will always be a few wronguns. It’s sad but hopefully the rest of us can maintain the upper hand.

Hola gonks.

I've been a bit busy the last couple of days, so not really kept up. A shame that someone seemed to have invented a load of nonsense, but let's not forget how brilliant Fetch is. I've met lots of lovely, genuine people through it and it's a safe space where we can all share our ups and downs.

Like PH says, there's a few wrong'uns - there's one or two that I just avoid like the plague as they're like mood hoovers on other threads. But only a few on such a large platform is pretty good.

Stay happy, wiggle your bottoms and buy some new running shoes whenever you can. heart

I have walked to the leisure centre, spent 40 minutes throwing a 20 month old around the pool and then walked back home. I am shattered 😂😂

I hope you knew the 20 month old MM 😁 That’s quite an upper body workout for you.

Finally got out the door and did 4 miles. Glorious day here. Overdressed with buff and arm sleeves on. Shorts, t-shirt & shades sufficed.

I have just done my first run/walk since June this year 😁 It was fab! Had to be strict with myself not to keep running for longer than 1 minute. I’ve started C25K for the umpteenth time and took myself to a nice off-road greenway to do session 1.
