Morning. Dreadful night, seems many of us in Fetch world have anxiety at the moment. And I am one of them - this is very much a new thing for me.

That’s rubbish Teebs, its very disabling. I have found it helpful to think of my brain and my body as two separate things, revving each other up. Calming my body can help my mind, and thinking can help my body. I think it is a variant of your “go outside your circle if the problem is with your circle, and vice versa” This is probably a solution that would only work for my brain but y’know, i like to share :-)

[It wasn't me. There may be a touch of poetic licence for reasons of humour from time to time but what you see is what you get with ITG. Too much, most of the time.

One colleague told me I had to be on 70% ITG when meeting new colleague whom I really needed to work with us. 😂😕]

I also had an anxious night but am a lot better after a (broken) sleep. I’m so sorry many people are shaken and sad at the moment. ☹️ Just back from a run/walk/limp.
