Lol you should have come I had to put up with 3 pompey fans sat next to me. Kept filming the away end 🙄. We are a right mess just hope we will have club for next season 😳

Yeah, wouldn't wish shitty owners on anyone - hope you can get sorted out there.

We tried to get extra tickets but Reading said no, I knew some Pompey would be in the home end but I never fancy that!

Evening gonks.

Track was really different tonight - "fartlek roulette" - 5 minutes warm up, then random whistle blows to show when to run hard and when to recover, then back to hard etc. The roulette was a little spinner with 15, 30, 45 and 60 seconds so really varied for 20 minutes. Total 25 mins great fun.

Didn’t run today. Don’t think I’ll run tomorrow. But need to decide whether I will over the next few days as we’re off up north tomorrow for a wedding n Saturday and I might do a Scottish parkrun

Morning! We can see from our kitchen webcam at the seaside that we've lost a fence panel overnight :-( I've texted our builder, hopefully he can go round and sort it but if not we might have to go down ourselves. But I'm hoping I can get a coffee-meet-up run in this morning. It's really not very windy here!
