Morning! Up early because the chimney sweep is due at 7 :-0

I think we might have our first frost of the winter by the look of the garden when the dog headed out.

Sunny here bit chilly, best walk the hound and then prepare myself for yet again another visit from the people who installed the conservatory and not doubt a disagreement with them again!! Wish we had never used them as been nothing but trouble

Just back from a 5 mile run. I ran all the way which is great and the first time in a long, long while I've not walked at all. But it's only half the distance I'm due to run on Sunday. I'm hoping the atmosphere and general loveliness of the GSR will get me round. It's going to be a PW though, I know that.
