Think someone needs to give pastit a gentle nudge to change target.

Went to gym this morning, feeling it by the end but glad I rejoined ( well so far 😂😂 )

Week 4 day 1 C25K done and enjoyed that also beginning to see the benefit of following this plan although my legs don't want to take it easy on the run bits 🤭🤭

Lip Gloss I f-mailed past it a few weeks back and tried to explain how it works but it didn’t have the desired effect.

That’s a pity but at least you tried thanks.

Increase in my antidepressant dose after speaking to the GP :-(

Teen has had asthma triggered by shallow breathing LG that is helped by hayfever medicine - without it she coughs all night. I don’t know if piriton is worth a go

Serendippily I’m already on fexofenadine. She said I can use my inhaler again for exercise if I want to so going to do that.
