Great supporting Teebs! My morning went a little awry. Walked the dog then set off thinkjng I'd do 5 miles but within a quarter of a mile I knew I just didn't want to run today. I turned it into a walk and then did a few somewhat half-hearted sprint intervals. I'm not too bothered, I didn't sleep terribly well and I have had quite a busy few days. I think my body was suggesting a rest day would be good. |

Had a very gentle 5k run this.morning. Made sure to keep the pace well down and felt okay. I think taking my 5k -- 10k group has helped by allowing me to run at a really easy pace and not beat myself up about not running 'fast enough'. After all what is pace - it's not as if I have any records to break! |

Well done folks. Looks a lovely day for it. Very windy here. Planned 10 miles. Did a wee bit over 9. Effort felt like 11 miles! Followed by lunch in park cafe so worth it |

KimCanRun it was brutal in that wind today. Went for 10 along the beach but ended up through the streets of Seaton trying to get shelter from the wind. Can only improve

That's my 700 miles done at Aviemore 10k today. Wasn't sure if I would manage it after my tumble last week but all good and enjoyed the race 😊 Nice of them to provide a yellow bin for the thread 😉 |

Well done MD. Especially after Loch Ness marathon last week. Brilliant effort. 700 LG - saw Alan B at beach and said he saw you & shondo. Think it was worse on way back. Thankfully we’d planned along King Street. Well done on your run. Tough out there today! |
