Hello folks - a few people asked about the SUPathlon I did last year - it is on again if anyone is interested. At Dinton Pastures near Reading. I might be doing it, just figuring out other logistics. I've added it to the race finder fetcheveryone.com/races/dinton-supathlon-7364800 Would be fun if other SUPpers came along! Or come do Dinton parkrun and have a laugh as it starts at 10! |

I've decided not to go to club tonight. For one thing we've had some sharp showers this afternoon and don't fancy being out on the hill when the next one sweeps in, and for another having done my C25k run this morning I don't want to put more pressure on my dodgy knee as it's getting better slowly.

LG: I would encourage you to just run to enjoy it. Walk when you feel like it. Stop to throw conkers at squirrels or to chat with a friend. It'll come back eventually. And if it doesn't then walking is also excellent

Club monthly run tonight. We'd all finished just as the flashing and banging started and I got in my car as the deluge of rain began. We then had to go and eat cake as it was club's 40th birthday.

A nice surprise during night shift thanks to the 700ers who voted Was excited to receive a new badge then got a f-mail from Lord Fetch about a £100 voucher as a prize. Very nice. I was happy enough with the new badge Lol 😎 |
