It was the Eastnor 7 today, LD. We had lovely weather for it.

Why does standing around in a field for 5 hours make you soooo tired!!

For the same reason as me standing around for two and a half hours this morning made me fall soundly asleep on the sofa this afternoon PL!

:-( The one mile race that I was entered in for 24th April has been cancelled because of lack of entries. I was hoping that would have given me a decent WAVA to improve my Fetch standard.

I've entered GM's virtual one mile race as a substitute but I wish more people would offer mile races. The one that's been cancelled was going to be run on the same morning and at the same starting location as a marathon, which would have been an interesting idea.

LittleDonkeyDaisy Northampton parkrun has a magic mile race after the 5k once a month, is it possible to persuade your parkrun to adopt this idea?

Ran slightly further than planned today to add a couple of conquercise zones I hadn’t visited for a while to my lawn.

I always love this view



Their were some hills involved, so on the way back I had a break on this lovely bench and just chilled, but not for too long, as it was a bit chilly if you weren’t moving.



I love the dedications on benches



I appear to have written a short blog instead of a thread post.
