Thank you for the hugs LindsD, always welcome :-) However, waking so early was in part everything going through my head of what I need to remember to take with me, we are off to see my son and my sister and their respectives for Christmas, I haven't seen them since 2019 :-)

Morning!
Braved supermarket at 6am this morning to get the last bits for xmas lunch. In theory I should be taking it all to ex-OH tomorrow and cooking there so we can both spend xmas with the kids (awkward but hopefully manageable) but I am so disgustingly full of lurgy I am not sure I should inflict myself on them. I might just have to hand over the shopping and spend xmas on my lonesome :-(

Good morning! I hope the journey is progressing smoothly now ITG!

Happy travels and even better happy arrivals to everyone on their journeys today and tomorrow!
So OH caught my cold and *of course* his is worse than mine was and he coughed a great deal last night. But as he insists on sniffing instead of blowing his nose properly, and lying on his back instead of his side, I think he's got self-inflicted post-nasal drip making things a lot worse and I might just have to strangle him. (Only joking. Just.)

Luckily the rain has passed through here so I can join the Friday group for a very soggy run later :-)

Sorry for everyone who had a rubbish sleep, I'm in that club too, I'm wondering if it's something to do with the new moon as a change from the full moon.

Hope everyone travelling manages with out any hiccups, I think ITG had enough for everyone. ;-)

Hoping to finally get out on my bike later when the rain's passed through.

How technical is your jumper lip gloss? (Not a phrase i envisaged writing)
Ridiculous conversation with parent last night where she ended up asking to speak to mrS. This has caused rest of family much mirth as to my degree of adulthood. Not really done any exercise in fear of letting in MrS cold.
