Tiny bike and run done. Suit ok. Shoes might give me toe blisters without socks so I will try a diff pair tomorrow.

OH says I look like a superhero comic character.

Or maybe he meant I look comic.

Of course it looks great ITG! Just keep it on today and it should get a bit roomier for you, and don't wash it before your event. :)

Running is a bugger at the moment, but don't beat yourself up about the quality, just enjoy being out in the fresh air and look at the scenery and listen to the birds.

Glad you've had a nice outing dipps. x

ITG, you look wonderful, but the bit that matters is whether you can move freely in it.

Too hot here for old ladies to go running. Have taken a few walks at the cooler ends of the days.

Thanks for the encouragement! Gonna pretend I am wonderwoman on Saturday.

Next dilemma:

Do I sign up in the beginners group or the open group? I am not really a true beginner so much as a returned but the open group has the "elite" girls and is part of the summer series so most of them will be going all out and might well finish before I even get off the bike.

I've done:

OD 2012 (2.59 including dramatic bike crash)
half OD 2014 (1.29)
mini 2012 og 2 x 2014

Then nothing.

But I am estimating more than 3 hours.

I feel like I am cheating by registering as a beginner but I am def not up there with the "open" girls.
