10 miles for me this morning. First run of the week. Niggle was better which is good. Be even better if I did my physio exercises more!

Beautiful morning for a run, my mileage is very slowly creeping up, also my run/walk ratio. I don't want to sabotage it by doing too much, too soon and remembering the 10% rule.

Lovely morning for a run, I did 5 miles but my lungs weren’t happy about it today. Just didn’t seem to be able to get enough air in even though I was going at a gentle pace. :(

I did a non parkrun today and struggled a bit although the time would suggest otherwise. It was lovely to be down at the beach as I haven’t been there since way back last year. It was also great to find a spot on the grass with a cuppa and catch up with the Saturday girls in the flesh. My ankles and knee are going to complain but I don’t care ...happy bunny :-)

Planned run which was not a crucial marathon training run ditched for first bike ride of the year. Headwind going out so felt smooth coming in. Still slow and a bit stiff. I'll see about the run tomorrow but I won't worry if I skip it altogether.
