Glenners, I ran twice last week, both times nowhere near my grid. The planned in-grid run was scuppered by having to stay in until a corona test came back negative. I managed not one solitary square!

I ran-walked to a friend's and went for a walk with her, then ran-walked back to my car. So far all I have is a very mild ache in my arm.
