Sorry Dio, in my experience, calves normally take about 6 weeks before they allow you to do any running on them. :(

Run/walk done, nice, but windy morning out there. :)

I have got away with a week for a calf pain it depends what grade tier. More of an issue is the trigger. Too many miles too quickly or something like the James Dunne thing on needing to do more skipping
