Mandymoo Aug 2021 4:05pm, 16 Aug 2021 12,338 posts	0 Mandymoo We do rely on our garmins a lot done we, well I do 😁 Not much advice really, was given a steroid injection in my worse hand, he is pretty sure I have Tendinitis in my thigh, could feel any lumps or other reasons and made me yelp at one point. The only good thing is running is supposed to help in little chunks but need to tell me big toe that 😂

Sombrero Aug 2021 8:54pm, 16 Aug 2021 12,210 posts	0 Sombrero Hope you get sorted MM After a bit of a yawn day at work, I was pleased I got off my butt and did my gym session, although instead of doing a 10 min cooldown after on the cross-trainer, I wandered to the local park and did a couple of loops. Good start to the week. The weights are mean, they make me ache.

"Keep active" (as far as possible) is surely good advice. ITG - intrigued by your question about numbers in Danish. ATM, Youngest Son is on the phone to his (Danish) wife, but I'll ask him when he's ask-able.
Columba Aug 2021 9:55pm, 16 Aug 2021 21,244 posts	0 Columba ITG - he's now off the phone. Says there's some difficulty with ordinal numbers (? 50th, 71st, etc.). Then explained that the cardinal numbers also go a bit odd in places; but in the same way that they do in Welsh, of which he is a fluent speaker, so perhaps he thought nothing of it when he found that Danish didi it too. French too, but that's not one of his languages.
