Cstar had booked a corporate team
of 6 on the Saturday, their communication was appalling. Actually got asked for team
Details 2 weeks before the event, this was the first notification for our team entry deferred from last year. They weren’t particularly helpful when I requested another deferral to next year

I did a sprint tri at the Excel a fair number of years ago - women only wave. Put me right off triathlons. Not done one since.

The wind was really strong today. I’ve not swum in the docs before, but I’ve tried rowing when the wind is up and it’s really not pleasant at all. The water chops up and the waves just bounce back and forth off the walls.

'The water just bounces back off the walls' - that's me out straightaway then as that's exactly made me throw up the one time I trained with the tri club at a local pool. Ghastly memory.

Off to run somewhere new this morning. I'm going to need my rain jacket by the look of it! Happy Monday everyone :-)

Morning all. Day off today (booked when thought I'd be Fetchie camping and decided to keep). Not sure what I'm going to do, but sick of this bloody weather. Have a weights session booked for this afternoon, could be very wet.
