Morning everyone! Hope you got a decent rest, Carp xx

Going for a run in a bit then we're meeting son2 et al for brunch. I did toy with the idea of Seaton parkrun but it would be too tight for time to get to brunch. I'm quite happy as I still don't know if I'm ready for a crowd if runners. But if you're off to parkrun this morning have a good one!

Lugged myself out of bed for first parkrun since March 2020.

I half dozed on the sofa until called for taxi duty, I'm so tired that I considered not going. But I refuse to let work keep getting in the way of things I was going to do.

Tough shift, Carp. Ridiculous that they don't pay you overtime.

Weather is favoloso today so I might bike in the country (get some conquersize!) and save the run for tomorrow.

Morning, second attempt at being human today.

I woke early and got up and had breakfast in the mind to get out at 7.30am but felt the start of a migraine and was feeling sick so went back to bed and that’s me just up. Don’t know if I’m up for 13 miles but need to round up by at least a 5k so will see how I feel when I get out.
