PS Ferret

I don't have any bodyglide for trying on purposes so the tri thread suggested hair conditioner or baby oil. I'm going to give it a go at the weekend in the hope of a swim next week.

Could I ask Sharktopus to set his alarm for tomorrow morning please? I'm planning a longish (in current times) jaunt for tomorrow, and I want to bag the 'sunrise' square in our club bingo challenge before sunrise gets any earlier :-) So an alarm call, and a kick out of bed, would be appreciated please :-)

Ouch Fleecy. I have a big pot of cheap vaseline which does the trick but I don't half know when I forget to apply it before a longish run.

Morning. Bit warm out there.

I wish I’d got up and gone out when the binmen woke me up at 6am. Now debating whether to run at 1pm or after work (5:30pm). Maybe later will be better.

Thanks Linds, i will try that, nothing could help doing up the zip but yes, I couldn’t get it off either 🤣 despite being still in the water, I was a bit worried as my antics would look like someone in trouble if you didn’t know what was going on. I’ve now put oil by the wetsuit, ready for tomorrow, saying that firmly as Sharktopus will already be busy at LD’s :-) luck LD tomorrow.

Well run, Tm, hope the rest of the day is a good one. &, ouch, commiserations, fleecy, tennis is brave but not to be missed these days.

Vaseline for me (FOR RUNNING, you filthy lot).
Photo of missing runner is on fetch fb page.

Ran 15k. Bruising receding.

Also have my period (sort of as shouldn't have it on mini pill) but prob explains depression in recent days. And no, I am not telling OH.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
