Sorry LG ... that's sea legs for you. Hope they improve once you're back on firm land.

We had a second run in the forest - donks, golings, foals and more

Some lovely photos on here today.

Afternoon all..lovely dog walk this morning, busy knocking walls down in the garden and have just been for a run/walk with the dog. Managed 6 mins slow run, then walked for 12 mins..started to run again but got shooting pain in my knee so stopped. Not my bad knee so rather strange

Great walk, 6.5 miles through pretty riverside fields then up onto Bredon Hill. Very very few other people seen (maybe fewer than 20 well dispersed on top of the hill but next to no-one on the paths we chose up and down) so big success from a lockdown point of view. Actually even driving through Evesham, the riverside car park was half empty, and only 2 of 10+ picnic tables occupied. Seems people are listening and avoiding the usual go-to honeypots. (unless they've all driven for hours to the national parks or the coast!)
Turtle continuing her streak of weekend walks of over 10k which isn't bad for a 5yr old!

Thanks for all being nice.

I had a great, wind assisted, 30.4kph cycle all by myself (sings triumphantly). 7 new conquersize zones and a running adventure to see a waterfall for my first time tomorrow.

GWS, Lip Gloss.

[Gives bit shout out for lost running mojos to come back.]

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
