Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That’s a real shame, 12barDavid (I type 12b & immediately your name appears :-) ) I’d like to walk the route - in agreeable weather only - it looks amazing. I was lucky enough to have the wind behind me on the seafront this morning, glad I wasn’t cycling.
I met 2 gorgeous friendly whippets while walking. They seem to be a very convenient breed, maybe that’s why they were a pair :-)

I read that as I met 2 gorgeous friendly ferrets while walking........

Rest day here too, just a wander down to the post office to post an order off. I've done a little blog. I've hit my second weight goal of the year, fastest 5K since January 2018 and I have arranged to see the teendudechild this week. :-) heart

Well done everyone running today. It’s super windy outside still so I’m quite glad it’s a rest day for me.

Lovely day at home - other half in annual leave and I’m reducing homeschooling just to allow us some much needed time together.

Just had a K’nex set arrives which has over 900 pieces. Wish me luck, my little one has already requested we start building it

Well done for running in that wind today. :)

I couldn't psyche myself up to run or cycle in this wind so finally went for a walk at teatime, including a visit to M&S for a few odds and ends to keep me going.

Evening folks.

Rare opportunity for me to run straight after work. So ran my usual parkrun route. First time in 8 weeks :( Did bump into some friends I hadn’t seen in ages though :)

I did a small run, half what I intended. I slept well and woke late, but ran out of spoons within a few hours.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
