I think that’s why I set my alarm for this morning with the soul purpose of running before I started my day.

Kitchen rebound followed by total tone with another instructor I used to do bums and tums with, she’s great. She’d been joking on Facebook about beach bodies and turned up onscreen as Pamela Anderson with two big balls stuffed down her red vest :)

Awesome LG! bunting :)

I have had an hour's sleep. Since I am now Awake, I might go running. Then I can try to sleep properly tonight.
Switching between days and nights in the same week is a pain.

I'm still sat with a coffee trying to get myself ready to head out for a run. I've had a very tight calf the last couple of days so I've been resting it up, it feels better this morning though so I'm going to attempt a very short, slow run. Wish me luck 🙂

Stay safe everyone

Well done LG.

I surprised myself by managing to get out for 10 miles just after 7.30am. Especially after a later than planned zoom catch up that involved wine. Was virtually running with someone else so that helped.

And the fact that one of friends zooming with lives in Madrid. They’re getting to run outside today for the first time in 8 weeks. Only allowed an hour & must be within 1k of home. So should be grateful we’re not as restricted as that.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
