Coming in with hugs for all who need them. Sounds like a tough day or in Lorraine' s case a few days ago.
Sitting in the garden at the moment having just finished work and it feels too hot to run just now

Blimey it's a mixed bag on here. I know violence is frowned upon and generally uncalled for but that caretaker chap sounds like he needs a headlock and maybe a wedgie. Hope you heal soon Lorraine, I've had more bruises from running than I ever got boxing - it's a tough old sport running!

I can't believe how much better my running log is looking in the last few weeks - that's the benefit of losing your job just before lockdown. hehe. Off for a run in an hour or so which will take me to over 90 miles for the month (although I do register my warm up and cool down walks as part of my mileage these days).

Today's run - hot and hilly ... some pics rescued. The smear is not a special effect, just a mucky lens !
Small running camera today - unfortunate because the buzzard & deer would have been good with the proper camera!

Buzzard, deer (and rabbit) and 'nearly home' pic.

Going back a few pages re travelling to exercise - Scotland’s guidelines are slightly different to England - we are not allowed to travel to take exercise.

Went for a lovely walk tonight and hardly passed a soul - peaceful with just birds bad horses for company

While nowhere in the league of Lorraine I managed to trip over on my run this evening. Grazed my hands, allow and ankle and will probably get a doozy of a bruise on my hip. And the gel I had in my waist bag burst. Pride took the biggest knock, but I got away with having no witnesses :-)

Was impressed that my Garmin 245 recognised an incident and would have alerted my emergency contact had I not cancelled it within 15 seconds.

Hugs to Lorraine and Linds (and everyone else who needs them!)

It would have just called Mrs PH. But I imagine that call would have caused a minor freak-out :-)

Tempted to try a control test to see what it says and how it points out your location.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
