Columba
Think I've got much the same weather as Daisy, - snow, melting a little to slush. Around 3 p.m. the sun came out in a discouraged sort of way, so I went for a walk. Roads and pavements streaming, ground must be saturated as water running off the fields onto the road, and away to the nearest drain.

LG - hope your insides feel happier soon. Couldn't be IBS, could it?

Columba it had crossed my mind as I had it years ago and seemed to have settled but could just be a flare up. The thing is nothing rich was eaten nor overindulged but maybe just enough :-(

Evening all and well done on all getting out.

Today has been spent dismantling thr neighbours greenhouse that they don't want, lifting over the garden fence and cleaning it in out garden ready for reassembling tomorrow. Am knackered

Evening all. Last night shift tonight. Hoping to do my last run of the year tomorrow and hit 600, revised target. Question is.... Bin or no bin, it being not exactly 700??

Of course may do 2 short runs over 2 days instead, see how tired I am!

We like a bin on this thread TM but we like hanging up bunting for people who hit whatever target they are aiming for, even more :-)

Hello folks.
Not much running going on here. Legs are being exercised by lots of long muddy walks though. Going to run tomorrow before dragging MrW out for another long muddy walk somewhere. It's just a pity we can’t punctuate these walks with a nice pub lunch somewhere. Never mind, I guess we're saving money and consuming less calories.
Anyone want any After Eights? I was gifted 5 boxes and bought one of the large tins of them too 🙄

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
