Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ha! It must be the day for it ITG, OH and I have already snapped at each other this morning. Luckily ;-) I'm off to a service station in Warwickshire to exchange presents with my sister. First time we've seen each since August despite all that's happened since then :-(

Morning. I had been hoping we were dropping to tier 2 today since we (Warwickshire) were right on the threshold when tiers were decided. So had hoped to be able to have a coffee with a friend and hand over a gift for her baby son. However, no sign of any relaxation of the rules, so will have to leave on her doorstep instead 🙁. Short run planned before school pick up.

Morning! Case of Foot and Mouth here yesterday (Orthodontist and Podiatrist for J) but he's all set up with 2 new pairs of orthotics and a positive report from the Orthodontist. Roll on Friday so he can finish for the term.
Mum and Dad are getting jabbed today (not bad for Herefordshire - in the town so no travelling (sorry TM - your situation really sucks) which is making them feel more positive for the new year.
Good club run last night but either I'm getting slower or the group were just fast last night. Off to deliver our club contributions to the food bank later this morning.
Hope the weather improves as it's wet and windy.

ITG - yup DS16 here, snaps at everything I say. Also picks it apart to the nth degree to find holes in it.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
