Morning all

*Bunting* CD - great picture too

Corrah I was thinking of doing the Lejog challenge too, but I already walk over 1000 miles a year with the dog so felt a bit like a cheat. . Have signed up for a Dementia one for this month cycling 250 miles - did a turbo ride last night but picked a very hilly one that took forever but hardly any miles. Hopefully have the weather to get outside too.

Morning gonks. I've mainly been printing hedgehogs this morning. Lots of sales in the last two days, in fact yesterday was my best ever day in my Etsy shop. The bills continue to be paid.

Off to the post office in a bit. Will run later. Hoping the legs are a little less heavy but just planning a short one. Have been digging out the wet weather gear just incase.....

Afternoon! I did some intervals this morning :-) Every time I do intervals I remember how much I enjoy them (kind of) so why don't I do them more regularly?

Hi LD, I have been doing the running clubs Interval training sessions for a few months now to help get my fitness back. I don't think enjoyment comes into it!!! What intervals did you do?

It was a very 'ad-hoc' session FML (great to see you back on the thread btw :-) ) I ran 2 and a bit miles to the nearest 'fitness track' in a bit of a park, then did a mile of 1 minute run, 30 seconds walking recovery, followed by a few shorter runs. I had gone out with the aim of running five miles, the intervals idea only occurred to me as I was running, so I knew that with a 2 mile run home I didn't want to do more than about a mile's worth. What do you do at your sessions?

Autumnleaves
I have run - without walking - for 45 minutes. It was rainy, but I feel much better for having gone.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
