Short 4 miles today - surprsiingly sunny and warm, and probably rounds off September. But 75 miles done after 2 months without anything. So I'm pleased with the result - although the knee needs a soak in a bath after each run.

Today's pics? Speedy deer and a pig who looks like it's already had it's fair share of the acorns. It was massive - bigger than me.

Does grunting while sunbathing mean 'pleasantly full & give me a stroke' (like a cat purring) or 'if you don't go away, I'm going to get annoyed' ?

Lol Dio :)

Gorgeous day here, sat in the sun in the garden after earning lunch by walking up and down a big hill :)

That is a rather large pig 🐖

Yes, LG. Nice route. Though after one hill my quads were convulsing! I haven’t mastered standing up on bike for hills quite yet!

My lowest mileage month since April :-(

I enjoyed the cycle we did too but sadly I haven’t gone back out since.

We nearly finished our Avon Valley Path walk today, nearly 12 miles, which is the furthest I can remember walking in one hit before. We decided to do the last mile and add on a bit in a couple of weeks and end with a celebration lunch in a fancy restaurant overlooking the harbour. :)

Four miles with friends tonight. Probably the right distance.

Hoping for a run tomorrow. On 96 miles for month which is my equal highest for September. Think it’ll be a wet & windy one though. Is a pity. Was a lovely day today.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
