Morning folks. Want to go out and get a run in today but have a man coming to redo the downstairs cloakroom (sounds so posh - its the loo) so thinking it could be rude to leave him working whilst out on a run. Junior dobber is out for his driving test this morning so fingers crossed for him.

Nice little run done, I tried to avoid the school run and the mist on the fields by the river was ethereal.

Hugs ((())) for all those in need of them today.

Morning everyone! (((Carp and TeeBee)))

Disturbed night for me was caused by OH shouting 'You're wicked!' very crossly at about 1am. Took me ages to get back to sleep. I think he needs to drink less coffee, or something.

Anyway, I have been for a short run to see the alpacas. Although it's a grey morning, the sun was shining on the Malvern Hills in the far distance. I added a photo to my training entry but it doesn't really capture how serene and plain gorgeous the scene was :-)

Morning all. We had alpacas on my run route yesterday LD. I thought of you :-)

Hever Gauntlet middle distance tri successfully completed yesterday. Did manage the whole thing by taking it v steady on the bike leg. Over 5000' of climbing :-O

Swim was horrible in a cold, muddy, shallow lake, but luckily was reduced to 1km from 1.9k due to the cold. Run was very lumpy, but on trails and therefore much more interesting than normal road HM. 7 hours, so a long day out but worthwhile. Legs a bit tired today ;-)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
