Have fun, Corrah! Be prepared for your legs to feel like mush when you go from bike to run. Trust your breathing; your legs are lying to you.

luck Corrah!

Travel well, Alpenrose, have lots of snowy fun & sun.
& travel well, ITG, but without the white stuff.
I’ve had a lovely, small but hilly, jog out, & there might be cycling next :-)
That’s very sad, LD.

morning run completed and felt really out of sorts......the howling gale didn't help either....lol....few dog owners out who couldn't seem to.....or didn't want to control their dogs..... I love dogs but some folk simply shouldn't be allowed anywhere near one....just saying

Shirt recovery brick session for me this morning. New strength session later.
But first...a bacon sandwich.

Planned a track session with the club on Friday but was off with a cold, sneezing all day :-( but got myself and son up for parkrun yesterday and tail walked for a PW 65mins :-) at Sandhurst Memorial on another changed course - the 3rd in their first 5 runs. Feeling on the mend today, as my head is clearing, but not up for a planned 12 mile run. Maybe another walk later.

Hope you're enjoying the duathlon Corrah. I've got used to going from bike to run but the other week I went from run to bike and that seemed way harder (partly because the bike ride was all uphill perhaps.)

Dog walk done and logged as cross-training, something I've never bothered with before but the slog up to the top of Peak Hill felt like actual training :-)

That sounds fun, Corrah luck
I got trench foot on today's run. There was no avoiding the puddles so I did a DrFleecy and embraced them :) Of course, the sun is now shining.
I feel for your neighbour, LD; it must be so difficult.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
