Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oo-er ITG, perhaps it'll set a few of those volcanoes off and stop the air traffic.

Not much air traffic to stop ....

Have been caught in tremors a few times in Singapore, always 12 - 20 floors up. Quite a zen like experience when you realise you just have to hope ... no point trying to run. The only guidance was 'get to the stairwell because that's more re-inforced than the rest'. As you can see, I survived them.

Walks in NF yesterday and today as eldest daughter is back for a time, in a family bubble.
Goslings, slow worm & deer.

Just back from my 6.5m run - fastest of the 11 times I've used that route :)
My avoideveryone vest clearly worked as after the first third of a mile I saw noone :)

All is good here ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š
7.2mile walk, happy Turtle, saw a large deer as close as 10m just walking then bounding through the fields. It kept stopping to look at us. Sadly no pictures.
Then popped in to see my parents on the way back. Socially distanced still but nice to see them.
Then got home to find the replacement fathers day gift had been couriered over so all sorted ๐Ÿ˜Š. The measure of a company is not if they make mistakes. We all make mistakes. It's how mistakes are rectified.
Finally, it's pizza and wine night (squash for turtle) so we're now all relaxed in front of the TV.

And...
Zoo tomorrow!!

Um, lovely pics :-)

Turtle, that sounds a good day and well done to the company for sorting out their error. Enjoy the pizza.

Oooh which zoo??

Me and GF were going to do one of the local parkrun routes (Poolsbrook) with me aiming for sub 25 and her sub 27. It was too warm though and my hayfever meant I was all bunged up so we said we would run together. Around 27:40 in the end, so GF happy and I was happy to keep up with her! :-) Got both our girls here tonight, burger night and off to find tiny frogs tomorrow is the plan.

We're off to Twycross. Not too far from us and as well as wanting a day out, the zoos desperately need our money. We've pre booked, only 250 people in per hour time slot, but it's a start. Really looking forward to it ๐Ÿ˜Š

I don't think this swarm is close to active volcanoes but who knows? We are now in a "state of uncertainty."

TM, that sounds lovely and much needed for you and turtle. Enjoy!

That's great news. :-) We're having to make do with our zoo at home at the moment. 2 cats, a rabbit, a hamster, fish, a teenager and a 22 year old.
