OH gone away for the weekend and daughter dispatched for a Friday night sleepover. Big wk leaving do in town tonight for all of the first round redundancies. RD at parkrun in the morning. What could possibly go wrong?

Wishing for lots of for PP & Paula, running amazingly far, & RRRCaz in Ibitha also running a very long way, for tomorrow. Running to Mercury & now on your way to Sydney again made me nsc, Ms Fahrenheit indeed. I’m still in the eu I think.

Hadn’t planned on a trail run but really enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed finding a portaloo halfway through my run! Think an easyish parkrun tomorrow before a hilly 10k on Sunday.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
