Run fail today, was going to be intervals on the treadmill but I forgot my trainers!
Kept my work shoes on and did intervals on the spin bike instead
And happily due to a combination of days off and bank holidays I have a week off work

That is very rude Ymee and surprising, because the only times I've phoned then they've been exemplary in their helpfulness. Hope you can get the Garmin sorted despite that 'assistance'.
I was checking through my credit card statement today and saw a payment to Strava. I don't have the paid for strava and I asked OH if the payment was his. He said no so I phoned the card helpline to query it. It was only in the middle of denying all knowledge of the payment that OH then 'remembered' that he has strava Premium. Very embarrassing!

30 miles on the bike today,my legs are aching a little now.
My son is off to aprica skiing with school tomorrow so my wife and I will have the easter weekend to ourselves,first time alone for ages ❤️❤️
